Review ticket trends, summaries, and asset issue patterns.

Analytics is a web-only reporting area focused on ticket activity and asset workload.

What you can review

  • Summary cards for Open tickets, completion rate, overdue work, and average resolution time.
  • Trend charts for created versus completed tickets over time.
  • Status and category breakdowns, including how much work is still Open versus Complete.
  • Open-ticket distribution by location and priority such as High and Medium.
  • Assets ranked by issue frequency.

How to use it

  • Change the date range to compare short-term and longer-term trends.
  • Filter by location when you want a site-specific view.
  • Use the asset issue table to spot equipment that may need preventive attention.
